Enjoy all the fun on offer at the ultimate all-weather destination for locals across North Devon and Cornwall, and save money with our Annual Pass.
If you visit us more than three times a year, an Annual Pass pays for itself! From the adrenaline of our rollercoasters to the imaginative play at Little Stars soft play, your pass unlocks 12 months of memories. Whether it’s a quick rainy-day trip to Planet Play or a full day of sunshine and live shows, membership gives you the freedom to drop in whenever the mood strikes, with no need to book on standard dates. At just £50, our annual passes are perfect for regular visitors or as a gift for family and friends.
Please note, we do not offer separate annual passes for Little Stars.
Each pass is strictly for use by the person named on the pass – a picture will be taken of each pass holder. Please do read through all the benefits and terms & conditions carefully before clicking to buy passes.
We do not offer a discounted annual pass for disabled guests. However, we do allow one carer pass (at the standard rates) per disabled guest which must be created in the disabled guests name (and carry their photo image), so that different carers can accompany the disabled guest as required.
Benefits
Your pass gets you unlimited free visits during Devon school term times and on weekends all year (excludes some pre-book only event dates such as Christmas). No need to book, just show up on the day!
Get into the park from just £2.50 to £3.50 per member Monday to Friday during Devon school holidays and on our busiest pre-book only event dates (such as Christmas). Visits on these special event dates need to be booked online in advance, otherwise there’s no need to book, just show up on the day!
The Primary Pass Holder of each family can invite up to 5 additional people per day at our re-admission saver rates (saving up to 50%). Re-admission tickets must be purchased online by the primary pass holder before the visit and everyone must arrive together.
Annual passholders save 10% on Pottery Painting, in our gift shop and in our cafes too.
Annual passholders get discounted rates when they are invited to be a guest at one of our birthday parties.
Our annual passes are now available to be kept in your Apple or Google digital wallet.
As a rough guide, the park is open:
Everyday in the (Devon) school holidays from April to the end of October – 10am to 5pm
5 days a week in (Devon) term times (usually closed on a Monday and Friday) from April to the end of October – 10:30am to 4:30pm
Open weekends* and (Devon) school holidays from November to the end of March – 10:30am to 4:30pm
Little Stars is usually also open extra weekdays throughout the year, including during the winter months.
*closed for two weekends (usually the last weekend in November and first weekend in December) for our annual ride inspections.

We think that our annual pass represents great value for money, and therefore do not offer any further discounts sorry.
To ensure all our guests have a fantastic day out, we offer a Transferable Carer Pass for those who require essential assistance. While Annual Pass rates are standard for all guests, this dedicated Carer Pass is issued in the name of the visitor requiring support. This allows different family members or professional carers to accompany them on different visits, providing maximum flexibility for your 12 months of fun.
Our annual passes provide all-access entry to the entire park, including Little Stars. By choosing an annual pass, you enjoy the freedom to explore every attraction The Milky Way has to offer all year round, rather than being limited to just one area.

When you place an order online you will receive a booking confirmation email containing links that will allow you to download a digital pass and store it in your Google or Apple wallet on your phone. You can also choose to share the passes with others, so that they're available on more than one phone. If you would prefer to have a physical card, please just request one on your first visit (unfortunately you can't have both a digital pass and a physical pass).

Your annual pass must be presented at point of purchase to be eligible for your onsite discounts. We are unable to apply any discount retrospectively.

Each family member must bring their annual pass with them, every time you visit to validate entry to the park.

If you do not have your annual pass or you lose your annual pass, there will be an administration charge of £2.50 per card, to cover the replacement cost.

Annual Passes are non-refundable.

Day tickets are not redeemable against Annual Passes.
