What to Expect
The Milky Way is located 20 minutes from Bideford and Bude, just off the A39 - find full details of how to get to us here.
Only the heaviest of downpours, lightening and very strong winds can affect our coasters! We may also close the Bouncing Pillows if the rain makes them too slippy. However, the famous Devon mizzle is no challenge to our outdoor fun, so make sure to pack your waterproofs!
According to Google, people typically spend over 5 hours with us. We regret that we aren't able to offer reduced fees for late entry - therefore we strongly recommend you arrive early and spend the whole day with us to maximise your enjoyment and value for money.
The park is all on one level so most areas are accessible to buggies and wheelchairs, and we have accessible toilets and baby changing facilities too. For older disabled guests, our first aid room with bed is available on request for changing. Click here for more information on accessibility. If you have specific access needs, feel free to get in touch ahead of your visit and we’ll do our best to help.
Bare skin, nylon and polyester WILL burn on the slides - to avoid friction burns and damage to clothing please wear appropriate trousers/leggings, long-sleeved tops and socks.
For hygiene purposes socks are mandatory throughout our play areas - we sell spares if needed.
We’re proud to be an all-weather attraction, but make sure to bring warm and waterproof layers according to the forecast.
Sensible shoes are a must if you want to enjoy all of the fun on offer!

Everything Else

We are happy to receive applications from registered UK charities based in Devon and Cornwall or from local people who are raising money for National Charities (in which case we will need supporting documentation on letter headed paper that explains what the fund raising is for). We will also consider requests for community engagement projects based in Devon and Cornwall. Please click here for full information about our Charity Donations.
