Group Visits

We welcome pre-school, schools, youth, and disability groups for an out-of-this-world experience! To qualify for our group rates, payments must be made as a single transaction and be booked at least one week in advance. Please note that family or adult-only groups do not fall within our group booking category.

Our groups prices are normally only available for organised pre-school, youth and disabled groups. Groups of friends and family should book standard park entry tickets unless your group is larger than 25. In this case please email us at [email protected] to confirm the size of your group, along with the number of adults and children and the date you would like to visit. 

We generally host group visits on days when the park is fully open to the public. You can check our opening calendar using the button below. If your preferred month isn’t showing yet, please go ahead and submit an enquiry form—we may still be able to fit you in! If you aren’t able to find a suitable date and your group includes more than 100 paying children, please email [email protected]. We’ll be happy to look into whether we can make special arrangements for you.

Unless agreed in advance all group visits must be paid on arrival at the park in one lump sum. Invoicing after the visit is normally only available for school groups.

The Milky Way is a great choice for groups looking for an accessible day out. We offer level flooring throughout the site and inclusive touches for our SEN visitors, such as reduced lighting and music on the dodgems.

If you’re a paid care professional accompanying a disabled guest as their essential companion, please contact us in advance of your visit at [email protected], using an email address registered to your care agency or organisation. We will then contact you to organise your free entry (Please note: Essential Companion tickets for care professionals are only available to paid employed carers and not to family members or guardians).

We also suggest that groups with specific behavioral needs may benefit from visit during our quieter days, please let us know if this would be helpful when you fill out your enquiry form.

• Children must be supervised at all times.

• Groups are asked to be respectful of all other guests on-site, particularly in queue lines and soft play areas.

• Please cooperate with our team if we request that you split into smaller groups (for example, when visiting the Ninja Stars Arena).

• Our rides have specific height restrictions; please refer to our website for up-to-date information. Children under 1.2m must be accompanied by an adult on applicable rides.

• To avoid friction burns on the drop slides, we ask that children wear trousers or long shorts and bring long-sleeved tops.

• We advise arranging a designated meeting area for breaks, lunches, and re-grouping. Please avoid holding group meetings in the busier areas of the park.

• The safety of our guests and staff remains our number one priority. You can rest assured that the quality and safety of our rides, attractions, and facilities are paramount.

• We are able to provide a group risk assessment and proof of insurance after you have confirmed your booking – please request this at that time if required.
