Winter Weather Guarantee

Of all the attractions in Devon and the South West we have perhaps the largest undercover area, with lots and lots to do indoors including dodgems, an interactive ride (where you get to save planet earth!) and huge soft play areas. Most of our outdoor attractions remain open during the winter too, as long as we're not experiencing extremes of weather - but that's where our Winter Weather Guarantee comes in!

Just make sure to book your tickets online to visit us between 1st November 2025 and 14th March 2026 and you’re covered. If either of our rollercoasters are closed for the duration of your visit, we’ll give you free return ticket to use before 22nd March 2026. Just ask our friendly entrance team on the day, and they’ll take care of the rest. Book online now to secure your fun-filled day!

GENERAL TERMS

Request your free return voucher at the entrance at the end of your initial visit if:

• Either rollercoaster is closed for the duration of your visit due to winter weather, and
• Your tickets were purchased online in advance, for a visit between 1st November 2025 and14th March 2026.

OTHER T&CS

• You must collect your free return voucher from our entrance team before leaving the park on your initial visit.
• One voucher will be issued for your entire group for everyone under your booking number on your initial visit and it will allow the whole group to return for one free visit together before 22nd March 2026.
• The original booker and all members of the returning party wishing to return must visit together on the same day. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate separate or multiple return visits using the same voucher.
• The voucher is non-transferable.
• No need to book your return visit online! Simply arrive on your preferred day and present your voucher, along with a copy of your original booking confirmation and the original booking credit/debit card, to our entrance team.
• The offer is subject to availability, and park management reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer without prior notice.
• Lost or damaged vouchers will incur a £5 replacement fee and proof of your original online booking will be requested.
• The Winter Weather Guarantee Voucher is valid for a single return visit, during which no additional vouchers will be issued should either of the roller coasters be closed again.
