You can find our calendar on our website for full details on opening days and times.

If you have a home postcode starting EX, PL, TA, TQ or TR you can get your hands on our discounted locals tickets for weekend visits on or before 17th May 2026. You could be saving up to £6 per ticket!

TERMS:

Only available to local residents with postcode starting EX, PL, TA, TQ or TR and proof of residence must be provided on arrival.
Available for Saturdays and Sundays up to and including the 17th May 2026.
Discount only available online and not on the gate.
Must be booked using a payment card registered to the same home address.
Not redeemable for cash.

Can I bring my dog to the park?

Whilst we don't encourage dogs at the park, we do admit calm and friendly dogs. However, it is imperative that you read our dog policy before visiting the park, as you will be asked to sign a waiver when you arrive here.

Where are you located?

The Milky Way is located 20 minutes from Bideford and Bude, 5 miles from the North Cornwall and North Devon border, just off the A39 - you can find full details of how to get to us here.

Is the park accessible?

The park is all on one level so most areas are accessible to buggies and wheelchairs, and we have accessible toilets and baby changing facilities too. For older disabled guests, our first aid room with bed is available on request for changing. We also pride ourselves on being a great choice for SEN guests.Click here for more information on accessibility. If you have specific access needs, feel free to get in touch ahead of your visit and we’ll do our best to help.

Do you have picnic areas?

Yes, in addition to our cafes, we also have picnic areas both inside and outside.
