Thanks to outstanding visitor reviews and ratings, we’re a 2025 Travellers’ Choice Best of the Best award winner in the Amusement and Water Park category ...for the 10th year running IN 2025. Best of the Best award winners are among the top 1% of listings on Tripadvisor, so it's not the standard excellence award that everyone has! In fact we're the only attraction in South West England to make the 2025 list.
Plus, we're delighted that industry experts named us Devon’s Large Attraction of the year 2024, in the Devon Tourism Awards and Silver winners in the 2024 South West England Tourism Excellence Awards. Most recently we came highly commended for Visit Devon's Accessible & Inclusive Award for 2025-26, recognising the park as somewhere everyone can enjoy.
Whilst we don't encourage dogs at the park, we do admit calm and friendly dogs. However, it is imperative that you read our dog policy before visiting the park, as you will be asked to sign a waiver when you arrive here.
The Milky Way is located 20 minutes from Bideford and Bude, 5 miles from the North Cornwall and North Devon border, just off the A39 - you can find full details of how to get to us here.

The park is all on one level so most areas are accessible to buggies and wheelchairs, and we have accessible toilets and baby changing facilities too. For older disabled guests, our first aid room with bed is available on request for changing. We also pride ourselves on being a great choice for SEN guests.Click here for more information on accessibility.
